    Good experience, fun atmosphere

    Pros

Develop good people skills, workout whenever you want, trainers are your friends and can train you, healthy minded people, a great product to sell

    Cons

The company goals get higher and higher and I feel like the point is somewhat to push out the seasoned, burnt out advisors to bring in freshly enthusiastic ones, but I will say my personal management team was comprised of some of the best people I know that sincerely wanted to help. Also work super long hours every end of month no matter what, it doesn’t matter what you have going on and work weekend days often, which may be a con to some.
