    I have been working at Equitas full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Learning, Growth, Career Options and apart from CTC, ESOP'S benefits for all grade employees.

    Cons

    Average pay master, no year end bonus policy for the employees as sales people get the incentives but no additional benefits to operations guys in terms of financial assistance.

    Advice to Management

    Doing good for society and employees, keep up the good work and please add more & more.

    Pros

     After Disbursement PDC cheque pulls from Disbursement Kit.
     ECS Send to Bank for ECS processing on daily basis.
     Update the SPDC Details in SVS UNO
     PDC Control & Follow-up with Branches
     Doing the ECS Swapping as per Branch & Customer Request.
     Follow-up with bankers for mandate Registration.

    Cons

    Sanction Process
     Check the KYC Documents of Customers.
     Update the Customer Details in SVS UNO.
     Doing Sanction Process and update the same in System.
     Prepare the Sanction Letter and send to Branches.
     Update the Processing fee collection in system based on Bank Credit.

    Disbursement Process
     Disbursement entry updating in system
     Payment Sent to branches with mail communication
     After verification for all the Disbursement kit & Sent to Storage with mail.

    Pros

    Most of my friends and also my boss from the previous company, that is the reason I joined with Equitas... I too delivered whatever I decided and I got independent access to decide.

    There should be fair & transperent within the Team and frequently they may arrange to departmental meeting which will create the better team work.
