I worked at Equity Group Investments (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Elite level product. Friendly coworkers who do their best with what they are given. Good benefits and a couple of other small perks.

    Cons

Small company so there is not much upward mobility. Management is very good at dealing with the outside world (customers, dealers, media) but they have no management in place to to get the most out of the internal workforce. Decisions and ideas progress agonizingly slowly.

    Advice to Management

Try to make your blue collar employees feel valuable or even part of the team.

    Pros

A lot of integration/collaboration between junior and senior level employees. Access to great deals

    Cons

If you do not have an entrepreneurial mind/are a self-starter, this place may not be for you. Long hours as well.
