    Pros

    -You work with genuinely good people across varying departments that live the values -Expectations are high but you are rewarded for hard work -The L&D team has done a fantastic job revamping many programs & improving processes -People are working hard to improve & change the overall culture making it a more forward-thinking & progressive place to work

    Cons

    -Pay scales need to be revised as well as benefits to stay competitive & retain talent

    I worked at Equity LifeStyle Properties full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Very laid back company too laid back if you ask me. You do build great relationships with your co workers which is the main reason many stay. It’s a great place to start and get experience to then leave.

    Cons

    They push Collaboration but it’s not really the case. Every company has those who work hard and those that do the minimum. It’s hard to understand those who do the minimum are rewarded and recognized. There needs to be more accountability across the board for everyone and really listen to the concerns instead of pushing them under the rug. No development at all which equals no growth

    Advice to Management

    There’s no camaraderie whatsoever since everyone feels everyone is out to get one another. It only take a few hours a month to just check on your employees contribution and progress. Have more team building exercises to enhance the relationship and show more empathy towards everyone in the organization. This can be more than a “ok” company to work for if only everyone actually works together, respect one another and have the tough conversation to make things better.

    Pros

    Executive team is great. They listen to the needs of their customers. The CEO is a woman. Company culture and future growth.

    Cons

    Health insurance is not good. Lots of systems to learn. Policy and procedures are not documented.

    Pros

    Great people and enjoyable working environment. A company that appreciates innovative ideas and willing to make changes for the business. Can be fast-paced but manageable. Great location and easy access for all type of commuters.

    Cons

    Many processes and procedures can be better streamlined by removing extra or redundant steps. More opportunity for diversity in senior leadership.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to make the right changes that also positively impact the people.
