    Pros

Worked there for seven years. Left with a bang. The guy didn't serve in the army so he was exercising some power over us. Finnicky projecteur, always uptight, and just cares about his own pockets getting bigger. Paid on the clock, unlike other Israeli companies, but company had a stale feel to it.

    Cons

All you have to do is read my pros....

    Advice to Management

    Take a chill pill

I worked at Eric Cohen Books full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The employees are a wonderful collection of people, it truly feels like a community. Also good if you prefer working in English

    Cons

Work is not very challenging, (depends which department you are in though - the illustrators seem quite happy). General uncomfortable atmosphere almost like a strict school.

    Advice to Management

Maybe more attention should be given to overall employee performance and not on how the employees look to an outsider (if they are late, or talking.) Also maybe a more contemporary approach in general to the running of the company should be considered.
