    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Erickson Living full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Residents. Literally nothing else I can thing of.

    Cons

No Breaks, Poor Management, Disorganized, Stressful, Lack of Communication

    Advice to Management

Maris Grove was the worst place I've ever worked. Management only cared about making money, when they should have been focusing on the concerns of the residents and employees. Both my direct manager and HR never cared when I wanted to advance in the company or when I was not getting paid fairly. I never got breaks or was able to use the restroom when I needed to. This company treats their employees as figure heads. When I finally got a new job, management got mad and literally suspended me as a retaliation, AFTER I had already put my two weeks in for nothing. This company is just chaotic and disorganized.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Erickson Living full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Great at promoting team building, wonderful training, encourages to learn and do things independently. Wonderful marketing department, everyone works together well. Benefits are great.

    Cons

Not much room for growth when in lower position. Some communities run with less employes so there are times when work is loaded on.

    Advice to Management

Discuss personal growth and communicate with employees more.
