    The people who work there are there for all the right reasons. The benefits are great. The residents are wonderful to work for.

    Cons

    More resources and energy could be spent on supporting the communities with culture.

    Advice to Management

    Keep asking, "Is this the best thing for the residents?"

    Ask students (working in the restaurants) about their managers (pros and cons) in anonymous surveys
