    Pros

Great benefits, industry, and understand work life balance. The Erickson employee understands the value of what they bring to the life of others.

    Cons

The executive team is young, inexperienced, and controlled by the corporate office.

    Advice to Management

Think for yourself. I understand everybody has to start somewhere, but it make more sense to have an experienced person be a mentor along side an inexperienced person.

    I worked at Erickson Living

    Pros

well, the residents are very nice, and the employee benefits are great. they have a wide variety of job departments.

    Cons

the pay for dining services are ridiculously low. alot of managers have horrible communication skils. and there was just too much drama in the work place.

    Advice to Management

i recomend communicating better with your employees. stop trying to bs your employees. your employees are not slaves, so please do not treat them as such.

I have been working at Erickson Living full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Great Benefits Great relationships with employees known for several years

    Cons

Pay is lacking. While they like to make up for it with their benefits, even their benefits aren't as good as they used to be. Bonuses? Newer upper management isn't as encouraging as former management used to be.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees. Get to know they on a personal level like former management did. Be a part of the solution instead of pushing everything on the employee to figure out on their own.
