    depend on project, north euro working style, endless vocation, sick leave... hardly to imaging in chinese local style.

    Cons

    project is not cut edge technique, like 10 years ago. too much legacy.

    Advice to Management

    increase chinese employee salary!! the salary have no competition at all.

    not that much, maybe salary, or higher standard for recruiting people to keep high quality employee

    Swedish culture is very creative, try to keep it as much as you can
