    Cons

    - Constant cost cuttings
    - Limited job security

    Advice to Management

Focus on own staff has gradually been eroded during the last 10 years. Internal training used to be great with instructor lead training, and on-the-job training. Now a days competence development is 95% web based, point and click. We get assessed based on how many we courses we complete, rather than which courses we take.
