I worked at Ericsson-Worldwide as a contractor (More than 3 years)

    Pros

So much challenge in Ericsson it makes me learned how to work excellent and fast, and how to manage the people with a lot of request.

    Cons

I need to be quick and fast learner with all of my job and responsibility, and always be flexible with the time of work.

    Advice to Management

Please do not make too much re-organization. Since i work there until i already quite, Ericsson always have re-organization, i don't know this is maybe for a good management, but it makes the employee feel Ericsson just concerned about management but not with the employee.

    Cons

    Advice to Management

Focus on own staff has gradually been eroded during the last 10 years. Internal training used to be great with instructor lead training, and on-the-job training. Now a days competence development is 95% web based, point and click. We get assessed based on how many we courses we complete, rather than which courses we take.
