I have been working at Ericsson-Worldwide full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

No pros, Ericsson was a leader in technology and now small companies are beating it because of por mid management decisions. if Ericsson wants to improve, they need to take out all the mid management and replace them with better folks

    Cons

lots of traveling, no work life balance

    Advice to Management

if it takes 6 months to take a simple internal hiring/promotion decision, then you shouldn't even take it. there are better things to focus on rather than wasting this much time.
