      CEO himself is great Lots of positive energy Lots of innovation

      HR senior management is not supportive and lacks strategic vision, and is not eager to stand up for the employees. There is also no career development plan for the employees.

      Senior management should be more supportive and provide career paths. There is no career development plans for the employees. High performing employees feel there is no retention plan.

      Processes are rarely given a chance to work before being tossed out and the "wheel" being reinvented. Lots of Change solely for the purpose of saying that change is being done.
