I have been working at Ericsson-Worldwide part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Campuses are stacked with employee services and outreach programs. Business casual work attire and relaxed emphasis on how you look leads to more emphasis on how you perform.

    Cons

Longevity of employee retainment, as layoffs are used too often for cost cutting measures. Promotions and salary increases are rare and small at best. Business practices do not mirror the same latest advancements as their products do.

    Advice to Management

Take advantage of what new college graduates have to offer, because combining new business ideas with experienced workers would lead to better profits and increased employee morale.
