Best place to acquire latest technology and trends in the industry through extensive product portfolio, to practice novel and eatablished business processes, to experience working in multicultural environments.
Cons
Being on top of the industry with rising competition affected severely headcounts putting pressure and workload on employees. While I completely understand company's standpoint on keeping the leading role in telco world, a would-be employee should carefuly consider ability to withstand workload and friction caused by constant managerial adjustments to keep up with the goals.

It was good atmosphere, job was interesting, no dress code restrictions, flexible working hours, good for beginners, enough training available, young people

not well paid job, there was lot of uncertainty, there was no bonus, no overtime, working everything according to needs
