I worked at Erie Construction full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

You get a lot of freedom. Once you leave the office you are in your own. You can make a lot of money if you apply yourself

    Cons

You will absolutely destroy your vehicle... Expect to put anywhere between 40-60k on your vehicle. The work/life ballance is horrible. You will work 6 days a week and anywhere from 12-14 hours per day

    Advice to Management

Hire managers that dont instruct employees to commit fraud and then blame it on someone else. When you expect unwaivering loyalty from your employees, you should give it in return. Dont just grind people for everything they are worth and then just add t spit them out.... simply put.... this management team has lost their way and been blinded by greed... DONT FORGET WHO MAKES IT POSDIBLE TO FUND YOUR LIFESTYLE!!!!!

I worked at Erie Construction full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The first week to month of the job is good.

    Cons

Everything else after that initial period though things go down hill quickly, and you start to see the companies true colors. Don't be fooled by the good reviews, they offer financial incentives to the office administrators to get them to have the people in the office fill out positive reviews on job sites like this one. When you work there you do it too, because obviously you don't want to be the reason they don't get a bonus. So long story short stay away this is a terrible company.

    Advice to Management

People don't work for companies, they work for people. So before you just brush off that criticism or issue take time to understand why they are bringing it to you in the first place.

I have been working at Erie Construction full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Hands-on training (perfect for those with little to no sales/marketing experience)
    Good bonus structure
    Fun/encouraging work environment

    Cons

Hours can be sporadic, but they're generally 12-8pm.
Can be a hard job if you have a difficult time communicating.
