I have been working at Erie Family Health Center full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Working with the patients is one of the best qualities at Erie. The relationships and bonds you create are one of a kind.

    Cons

Gossip in the work place, management always trying to control your every move and tension in the work place.

    Advice to Management

Hear out your employees too! We should also have some sort of "voice our opinions" but not get written up for doing so.
