    Pros

Super co-workers and regional management, which is absolutely the best. There is some flexibility of hours for Work/life balance, but constraints exist.

    Cons

Ridiculous last minute scheduling expectations. Poor senior management strategy for company expansion into growing markets outside of base of operations in Chicago.

    Advice to Management

Know your limitations, get organized and pay your staff a competitive salary.

Haven't found any serious problems. Great place to start your career and get to know about real business.

I worked at Errand Solutions full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great pay. Good benefits. Great coworkers. This company is a great idea and exciting to see companies and contracts come together.

    Cons

EXTREMELY high turnover rate. No consistency or follow through. Totally unrealistic expectations. Poor top management and because of this lost some very good team members.

    Advice to Management

Be more considerate of your dedicated employees. Take responsibility for poor upper management. Tends to blame all others, mainly those that have left without looking at WHY there is such a high turnover rate.
