    Pros

Awesome coworkers! The culture is one of the best there is!

    Cons

As a tech company getting to work remotely would be a nice option, even if it is a few times a week or something like that

    Pros

People here are incredible. Everyone is caring and dedicated to helping each other. Casual environment and management is flexible, depending on your department.

    Cons

No timely growth patterns. Management can be a bit distracted at times. Small company so these things are understandable but shouldn't be promised if not likely.

    Advice to Management

Continue to fill seats with the right people and things take care of themselves.

    I worked at Esker full-time

    Pros

A few friendly coworkers, good west side location.

    Cons

Hours were flexible depending on who you were. Definitely a difference in how specific departments were treated especially when it came to hours worked, days off, working remotely, and pay raises. This is a company who heavily favors sales and marketing. If you are part of those teams, you'll be well compensated. If you are part of a support team, expect a .20 cent raise a year and to be treated like a peon. Little to no consistency in decision making from management - decisions are made on a whim without thinking of consequences. HR in particular had no confidentiality - lots of internal gossip.

    Advice to Management

An open door policy only works when you don't punish employees for using it. Would evaluate the professionalism of your HR director as employees personal data and confidential information was tossed around freely.

I have been working at Esker full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Smart and dedicated co-workers, casual work environment

    Cons

The management team. Many managers are out of touch, and it is definitely an 'old boys' network. Very little training or guidance provided to employees.
