- Amazing product - Great peers - Fast learning opportunities Be curious, help out, and help a ton!
Cons
So far - none. Sometimes I feel I am not up to the mark as my peers. But a little competition is always good for me at the end.

I could not be happier
Jan 20, 2023 - VP Alliances in Chicago, ILRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
It's hard to find a company with a fun/great culture, happy employees that want the company to succeed, a smart and capable Exec Team, a great Engineering Team, expert CS Team, and all with a world-class product. I most appreciate the "team" mentality at Espressive where everyone works so hard for the common good; the delight of our customers. This is where you want to be if you want a startup with big company stability.
Cons
This is more a sign of the times (recession) but being able to fund all the great projects to cross our desk just is not possible. But honestly, that is the same at any early stage company regardless of economic climate. Our ecosystem is thriving and too many other companies want to engage in large business development deals to do them all.

Getting work done!
Jan 17, 2023 - Customer Success Manager in Santa Clara, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
5+ years and going strong, Espressive is a truly special place. The company has evolved and grown over the years, and continuous to have the best parts of a startup culture. The leadership team actually helps out, they get into the tech, they help you with your projects and provide air cover when you need it. What has been even more exciting recently how powerful the technology has become and the amazing talent of new people joining. What a great place to work and meet people that will be in your network of A players in the future.
Cons
It would be great if the company got people together more often. It was tough during COVID and although we all starting to get together more often, may employees are still a bit cautious about meeting in person. I think this will change over time as everyone gets more comfortable again.

Great people, great technology!
Jan 3, 2023 - AI/ML Solutions ConsultantRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Espressive has the perfect combination of great people and great technology. The virtual service agent market is really taking off and Espressive Barista is well positioned as a leader in the space. The company cares about me as a human, not just a resource. I love having such a direct impact on the performance of the company and being recognized for my contributions.
Cons
Like any startup, we are doing more with less in some areas but that is all part of the experience.

Lots of company talk about company culture, bandy around slides and t-shirts. Few companies actually mean it, and Espressive does. The team is top notch and everyone is in it to help each other achieve our goals.
Cons
