    Pros

Kind of laid back work environment with decent salary package and medical benefits. Liked the work culture. Especially festival celebrations and stuff

Not enough recognition for the job you do. Too many people working on the same project. Bad company to start your career.

I worked at Essar Energy full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Job paid well and I learnt a lot while working there. Because there was not a lot of structure it was possible to be more innovative.

    Cons

Very disorganised and very poor direction from management. Many times we were unable to execute tasks properly because management changed their minds mid way through the execution process thus wasting time and resources

    Advice to Management

You interview very good candidates but you need to allow them the room to make decisions and follow through with them. Otherwise you end up paying for resources and not getting full value.
