1) Some good people are there, who supports you. 2) Very Good company for flatrer's, as they can get huge benefits from upper management( Some of the employees has got cars, laptops etc) but only for those who are on higher posts.

1) No working Environment, only dictatorship is there, if boss wants you have to clean the floor. 2) Girls are teated specially but are not respected in the company, so no safe environment for womens. 3) Not committed to what they say, salary told at the time of interview is much less than what you get in hand. 4) Not a good company for those who want to build there carrier in electronic designing, as they work like hobbyists.

Seriously..... Its just the fix working hours.

Oohhh... no work culture, no decent hikes, poor top management, no one's interested in listening you. No place for suggestions & creativity. More than a new joinee, the management is slacker which hurts n puts a dent on your motivation going ahead.

Excellent interfacing with the client.So you can learn alot of things while using all you Engineering. You can learn managerial,relational and technical things in one process even at a junior level.

Salary & Leaves can be downside if you have high aspirations. At times it also may get hectic.
