    Pros

I really do not comprehend the negative reviews posted in the past. I've been working for Essintial for a year and cannot be happier. We work hard, but are treated very well. It is challenging work at times, but it is also exciting and rewarding. Do not let the reviews on here scare you, as they do not correctly depict the environment and the possibilities.

    Cons

We are a 24/7 based company, so not every employee is working his or her desired shift.

    Advice to Management

Stay positive... it will trickle downwards.

I have been working at Essintial Enterprise Solutions full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I've been with Essintial Enterprise Solutions for almost two years. Although everyone's experience is there own, I can truly say that working for this company has been a extreme pleasure. Working at Essintial has allowed me the opportunity to grow and thrive in a career that I enjoy.

    Cons

In all business there are downsides. Essintial manages to keep the employees first, and that very important when running a business.

    Advice to Management

Continue to Promote from within. Those who truly care about the company. It will keep it intact for years to come.

    Pros

NONE, they are a joke plan your career else where you will have a better chance at a good start.

    Cons

Everything about he company poor SDM, poor upper management, lost of contracts-6 of them in a 3 month period, Unbelievable I think not research the history of the company and find out. And if your planning on a career here don't worked for the company for a better part of 10yrs before being let. They have NO loyalty to there employees of any kind. So beware of this company, look else where if your looking for a good career start in IT.

    Pros

Good people are a needle in a haystack in this company, but when you find them.. they are really really good people to work with. The man running the Field division is one of those good people.

    Cons

FSR's are the red headed step children of the company. First for multiple pay cuts, mileage reimbursement reductions, crazy hours, on call shifts, and overall expectation for little to no money.

    Advice to Management

Give the keys to Mr. Gelz...

    "Taking advantage of Field techs"

    Pros

Lots of work for field techs.

    Cons

First and foremost, Essintial DOES NOT EMPLOY FIELD TECHNICIANS. They sub-contract through Field Nation. The solicit jobs and contracts charging clients hundreds of dollars an hour and only pay the techs 20-30 dollars per hour. Also, they always include mileage in their contracts but DO NOT pass on to the field techs. Techs are required to use their own vehicle, tools, and resources. I know of one recent job where essintial charged a client 300 per hour and only paid the tech 30 per hour. Pocketing 270 per hour for doing nothing but publishing a work order on Field Nation. Techs are highly skilled and educated. Essintial is basically intercepting the work, claiming the independent contractors are their employees, paying the absolute minimum, and pocketing the lions share. This is the only industry where this is allowed to happen. When you go to the doctor, the doctor doesn't charge you thousands, and then sub-contract it out for the first person that will take it for the least amount... nor does plumbers, electricians, auto mechanics, or any service related industry. This must stop!

    Advice to Management

Start vetting the people that work for you. Do what you claim when you say you employ the most qualified techs and stop giving assignments to the first person that "applies". Also, stop pocketing 75-90 percent of what is actually supposed to be paid to the field techs and stop pocketing the mileage.

I have been working at Essintial Enterprise Solutions (Less than a year)

    Pros

None. nada you want to avoid people who outright try to cheat you. They make you feel like a john in a hoe house.

    Cons

Unrealistic expectations. Hidden scope of work until and after you bid and you get on site then you find out that the scope of work is completely different people that you are working with have no idea what they are doing because of a lack of information. This company uses sophisticated techniques to prevent you from obtain your objectives that way you cannot complete the contract. Then they withhold payment. The only way that you know that this is going to happen is after you have gone through it. Long hold time a half hour or more when working on projects then after you have turned your paper work they bring out a bunch of rules that they use to reduce payment. Avoid them if you can. Their unwritten philosophy is to never pay for the service they get

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the ghetto drug dealer mentality. It get's tiring you might get away with it for a while but the is a small industry made so by the internet people will take the time to find the man or woman behind the curtain and target you and every place you go. They will not forget.
