exposure to Sr Management even at lower level; responsibilities broader than title; entrepreneurial; great mktg and global experience; exposed to all aspects of the business
fast paced, long hours, no employee appreciation, very high expectations, no work/life balance, expected to cancel social plans if something comes up after hours which happens often; runs like a big brand with very small team.
