    Pros

Benefits, free & discounted products, some great people depending on what department you work in & who you work for (needles in a haystack).

    Cons

Not competitive with industry standards for salaries. VERY political. Complicated “matrix” of an org structure. CEO is nice but keeps a blind eye to the toxic culture of the C-Level suite and how they treat their employees. Heavily disorganized with tons of wasted money. Needs a strategy company to come in and analyze the waste/duplicity/redundancy of processes to streamline and save money (and hopefully clean up the toxic culture along with it). Work/life balance is a farce.
