Estes Express Lines - A Great Company To Be A Part Of!

Nov 10, 2022 - Terminal Manager in Greenwood, IN
    Recommend
    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

Estes offers a great culture that is employee centric, safety oriented and customer focused! The overall compensation package is extremely competitive in the industry; made up of strong wages, a diverse benefits portfolio, and multiple avenues where employees have a voice with our Open Door policy, Charitable Giving program, Employee Engagement Surveys, and more. Upward mobility opportunities are good and the company does a great job of internal promotions and transfers. The company also does a great job of reinvesting in the company with new equipment, updating technology, additions of infrastructure - all while remaining debt free!

    Cons

The customer demand is greater than ever. Finding the right minded service providers to join our team is challenging as we have to be flexible and this often includes night schedules, extra hours, extra schedules on weekends and working holidays.
