    I have been working at Esurance full-time

    Pros

    -Excellent company values, great office culture and leadership. Drama-free!
    -Management is flexible with doctor's appts, etc. Plenty of PTO as well, even for new hires.
    -Growing company so plenty of room for advancement. Advancement is based on performance, not senority.

    Cons

    -If you are new to insurance, training can prepare you for some things, but a lot of it you have to learn as you go.
    -Hiring is usually behind volume, so workload can at times be demanding.

    Advice to Management

    -Make sure management can still relate to the job roles they are supervising.

    I have been working at Esurance full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Growth
    -a solid group of people to work with
    Truly could be one of the best insurance companies to work for if they would break from the norm and attempt to provide a manageable work environment

    Cons

    No work life balance, heavy workloads, and no light at the end of the tunnel as of right now.
    -the need for more employees to be hired is behind an emergency

    Advice to Management

    Hire! Please provide more individuals to lighten the workload of current employees

    Upper managment does listen to the needs of their employees
    Management respsects their employees

    Annual merit increase and availability for annual bonus

    Cons

    Not as family friendly as they claim to be
    You put in more than 40 hrs a week
    Should provide more PTO
    Could have better flex time options
