Laid back business casual environment. Jeans and sneakers every day! Culture is awesome and they like to have fun. Free snack cart weekly and free lunches often. I love the free swag I get and actually use it. Senior leadership knows your name when they come to visit and actually care what you have to say. Bonuses, foosball, and basketball arcade game in the break room.
Cons
Wish we didn't have to pay for a covered parking space. It's too hot in the summer to park in open lot.

Culture is great and they are always looking to improve upon it. Management (Upper, Mid, and Lower) are very transparent, forthcoming, and are extremely willing to help. You will have a voice and you will feel valued no matter what you do here.
Cons
None really, I wish I was paid more, but they are one of the higher paying companies for my particular role.
