Job stability.Strong Marketing team. Can't think of anything else.
Cons
H1-b sweat shop..Horrible place to work for IT folks..No planning from senior management. No work life balance for IT folks. If you want to spend your weekends working on legacy applications, this is for you. All the good reviews are from a recent email sent out to all employees to provide a review on Glass door. Most of the positive reviews are from Sales/Customer representatives who seem to be happy. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I feel my work life balance is appreciated and encouraged. My manager has always been great and they have consistently promoted from within.
Cons
As with any large business some time my business objectives do not align with the overall corporate goal at the moment which will cause some of my initiatives to be placed on the back burner.
Continue readingGreat to hear about your positive experience, especially in light of our efforts to make quality a strategic focus across the software development lifecycle. I would be happy to hear more about alignment of your business objectives and corporate goals if there is any confusion; as we are early in our digital transformation, I do expect that we will make some changes as we move forward. Think twice about working here.
Sep 17, 2012 - Anonymous Employee in Rocklin, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
There are some very hard working people at the company. They strive to have flexible work schedules and seem concerned about listening to employees issues regarding the company as a whole. This has worked with overall company initiatives involving work schedules and communication with company goals and objectives.
Cons
In exchange for more flexible schedules and free coffee, the salaries are mediocre considering the amount of work they expect. It is very difficult to get any work life balance (Less than 50 hours a week for salaried employees). The pace the company is moving is too fast. The amount of people beinghired isn't sufficient to meet the goals that senior management is setting. For current seasoned employees, the environment is extremely political. For workers that have a good work ethic it's difficult to feel like you have had a job well done. Senior mnagement micromanages and spends time scrutinizing small mistakes. Instead of fixing mistakes by looking at the overall picture of how things are managed, they play the blame game. It causes very good employees to leave and employees that are finger pointers (many times for misunderstood issues)are praised.

Don't Stick Around Too Long!
Jun 23, 2018 - Anonymous Employee in Sioux Falls, SDRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Employees, Inclusive culture, fairly competitive salary, remote work options
Cons
If your plan is to move on after a couple of years, you will be fine. If you want stability and long term, you will be continually disappointed and feel less valued over time. New employees get the most up to date training. As things change, and this is a constant, more tenured employees get further behind. Ongoing training is put off over and over again. Sometimes training is delayed until well after a change is made. All the while, you are still required to keep up with metrics. Employee surveys are given. The results reflected poorly, so improvement in the survey was placed on employee goals. If improvement doesn't happen, it will be taken into consideration at review time. Crazy reorganization, and so much change happening all at once. Working remotely is a perk, but out of sight is out of mind. Remote employees have little or no advancement opportunities, get picked for projects less, even when they ask, and as a result are scored lower than their peers who don't work remotely. Loyalty and tenure are not valued at all. There is no perk to sticking around. While a newer employee may have better stats, the mistakes they make cause your tenured folks time to clean the mess. None of that is taken into consideration. Tenure and loyalty used to mean something. Good sups are few and far between. The ones who are good are so frazzled and devalued their work life balance is nonexistent. In return the ones who aren't great at leading people continue to thrive as long as they rub elbows with the right people. The ones who care are unrecognized and devalued even with high performing teams. Innovative ideas are not encouraged unless they jive with the ideas of Sr Leadership. Speaking out on what really needs to be fixed is not encouraged if it is not a popular idea with the powers that be. Pain points have always been system problems. These are glossed over and not fixed. Massive organizational changes do not fix the problems and yet they continue to happen. Sometimes the simplest solution is going back to the basics. Training, working systems, valuing employees at all levels.
