Great culture! Leadership really seems to care about the employees. Lot’s of growth and opportunity. Allow us to work a flexible schedule from home- but beautiful office and amenities.

Ethos Group is a large company (500+ employees) that somehow has managed to keep the culture of a small, close knit family type start-up. Strong Leadership from the CEO. He genuinely cares about his employees and seemingly out-works most of them. High level of autonomy as an employee - primarily because there is a culture of trust and respect. Based on what I see, this company is just getting started - a very bright future. If the company executes on its plan and the employees stick together (culture), I wouldn't be surprised if Ethos Group will be a success case-study in many business school's curriculum.

The culture at Ethos Group is second to none. It is exciting and fun to work with like minded individuals doing their best to be the best. To be the best administrative organization and to be the best consulting team for our clients. I have been with the company a long time and can not imagine a better place to work.
