Opportunity for remote work in many cases. Pay is okay.
Cons
Leadership turned over a few years ago (not for the better) - very myopic. They have chased SO much top talent out the door. HR department is nothing short of malicious.

Pros
Has very good pay and very enjoyable
Cons
There arent any downsides to working at this company
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
Great, friendly, easy to get along kind of atmosphere. Very flexible when life throws you curveballs. Always looking for people who want to advance by putting in the hard work.
Cons
Pay does not necessarily reflect the contributions that are made, or even the current country/world market situation. Raises are few and far between. Its very hard to get any serious change accomplished due to upper management having their hands tied.
