    Pros

Benefits and pay, location, new technologies

    Cons

Bad attitude, terrible work culture, too much of partisan/racial politics

    Advice to Management

    1. You cannot yell at people it is not professional.
    2. The new management change in information technology is redundant and agressive. There are no positive outcomes to this change, rather you would see a brain drain if this keeps going on. When you hire people, hire team players and people who can actively contribute towards delivery instead of new managers and senior managers.
    3. Planning and forecasting, at least for IT projects is terrible. due to which there is no work-life balance.
    4. Reduce changing the management every few months, give them a little learn and perform.
    5. Treat everyone as human beings with rights, not as slaves.
