    Working directly with the airline and seeing its operations which is great experience

    Cons

    Not getting a good rate

    Advice to Management

    Listening to employees and seeing them has internal customers. Which is VERY vital to the oraganization's success. "WE ARE THE VERY LEGS THEY STAND ON"

    Pros

    Good pay! Pto and free insurance and every year you get a raise. If you are supervisor you get pay really good

    Cons

    Bad administration, sometimes no breaks. There is not a good communication with the employees. You have to pay for the parking decal, fingerprints and Id

    Gain airline experience and skills, diverse environment

    Don't get hours, constantly keeping tabs of hours because manager likes to change or adjust hours behind your back

    You may want to stopping robbing employees of their hard earn hours and money.

    Pros

    If you like to help ,and would love to work at an aiport you can give it a try , i used to work at JFK some of the employees was there just to gossip and go complain about you juat because they was too lazy ,some of them just because you are new they let you do the job by your self while they should work
    The pay was ok ,they raised it , over time is not 1h 1/2 they will pay you normally for your extra hours will be what u get hourly

    Cons

    I stated 10.50 hourly , then they raised it to 11.25 ...there s a lot of overtimw but you dont get oay 1h and half you just get what your basic pay for thebextra hours you work

    Nothing to say they sould know better

    Pros

    the tips are an added bonus when you do wheelchairs and you get to meet some really nice people .

    Cons

    the managers as well as some of your coworkers are very unprofessional . There is a lot of favoritism and they are not organized .

    Advice to Management

    If you guys could get more organized and maybe screen the people you hire better as well as worrying more about the bigger issues than the little ones the company would be a lot better .

    Pros

    Big company
    Really good references
    A lot of oportunities to get your first job here.

    Cons

    As a big company, they have to fire and to hire new employers continuously. If the development of the project are good, ok, but if it´s not good, they hurry up to get fire to the employers. They don´t have patience and don´t trust in his employers.
