    Pros

Diverse environment with good benefits. Employee safety is top priority with middle management. Strong stable Company with many locations throughout United States

Improve wages for hourly employees that includes pay for performance incentives in real time and not false promise. Improve benefit package

I worked at Euramax (More than a year)

    Pros

Lots of cross training. Starting pay is decent.

    Cons

High school like environment. Unless you're a friend or relative of management, you're not going to get far pay wise. Hours are until whenever.

    Advice to Management

    CEO should restructure management.

I worked at Euramax full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There are NO pros for this place. All the worker bees are in their own silos, and do not get outside the box or you will be canned!!!! A bunch of mainly women who have either been there for years and are very territorial.

    Cons

Worker bee environment with all sitting together in cubes for management to micro! Benefits do not even kick in until you have been there 60 days, no sick time, etc!! Two separate software programs to use!! This place is SO Behind the Times. The place SUCKED!!!

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the lower management staff and start over.

I worked at Euramax (More than a year)

    Pros

It is a job that paid a salary. No real loyalties. Good ole boy environment.

    Cons

The pay was subpar unless you were a friend of one of the higher ups or a minority like legal counsel.

    Advice to Management

Get your head out of the dirt. Recognize your strengths and compete or the business will go asunder.

    Pros

Great people in Customer Care and Sales. Decent product offering. Company provided satisfactory medical coverage to include dental and vision.

    Cons

Management is elitist and contributes nothing to the bottom line. No accountability above field level. Financial improvement through employee rationalization and benefit cuts as opposed to eliminating tiered management levels with inflated salaries.

    Advice to Management

Management is the problem. This business practice is commonplace throughout industry as investment company owned businesses look for "profit only" results.
