    Great place to 'get your feet wet'. Staff has a good attitude.

    Pros

    travel, beautiful scenery, company card that lets you earn your own hotel points!

    Cons

    working 65+ hours a week.

    Advice to Management

    find a manager to stick with. in 6 months i experienced 3 different management teams. each with different goals. it was too difficult to learn new ways to work every few weeks.

    Pay is okay, benefits are average

    Cons

    From th CEO on down there is no clear direction. Zero work/life balance. Constant infighting between sales, customer care and operations.

    Advice to Management

    Resign and find leaders that don't think they are better than others.

    They did pay me, but that's it.

    Worst job I have ever had. Management does not care about employees.

    Pros

    A salary, some great people there although very frustrated.

    Cons

    Poor inventory strategy, no operations processes, finger pointing environment encouraged by management leading to escalation of even the smallest issues with no details provided. Horrible company... Changing name to Omnimax so don't be fooled.

    Pros

    Diverse environment with good benefits. Employee safety is top priority with middle management. Strong stable Company with many locations throughout United States

    Cons

    Below average pay scale. Unstable at executive management level. CEO position has changed five times over a four year period. Benefits package not as well as other Companies

    Advice to Management

    Improve wages for hourly employees that includes pay for performance incentives in real time and not false promise. Improve benefit package

    Pros

    Amount of vacation / personal time accrued quickly. I was not micromanaged. Made some great friends, hopefully we stay friends for life

    Cons

    Work is not evenly distributed. Management is not aware of the amount of work employees actually do. Management does not care about employees

    Advice to Management

    Improve employee morale. Listen to the employees when they explain why it is low.
