I have been working at Euro London Appointments full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Awesome job, awesome people, awesome company!

Everyone is so nice and will always help each other out! This kind of culture is reflected by the lack of candidate ownership (except for retainers of course!)

We all have fun and get work done!

I SERIOUSLY recommend Euro London if you're looking for a career in recruitment and speak several languages.

    Cons

Not really any cons to be honest.

I worked at Euro London Appointments full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I joined as my first job out of uni and made some great friends.
The social side with the with international people with similar interests to me was great.

    Cons

    Insanely high staff turnover
Complete favoritism with staff who had been there a long time or who were managers.
    Limited to no training
The banking & finance area had no clients so the role was involved an insane amount of cold calling and living on a prayer when it came to new business

    Advice to Management

Focus on the employee experience so that they can deliver great customer experiences. Get more realistic expectations for the business longer term and uphold the moral, family values that the company is supposed to stand for.

    Pros

A really warm and supportive office that encourages employees to grow. Achievements are definitely recognised and rewarded. Good level of competition creates a really hard working atmosphere, and I would feel completely comfortable about approaching any of my colleagues about any work related problems.

    Cons

There are some times late nights in this job, but they are by no means compulsory- up to the consultant how much they commit to the role

    Pros

It is an amazing experience to work in this international environment with these lovely colleagues!
You meet so many different people and deal with them on a daily basis what makes the internship so interesting!
As an intern you work independently but at the same time closely with your team. That's why I gained so much experience and learned a lot! An unforgettable time and I would always do it again and come back!!

    Cons

No cons at all for me.
