I have been working at Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories full-time

    Pros

    - Decent opportunity for technical growth and development
    - Easy to land a job/always hiring and growing
    - Good job security and potential for growth

    Cons

    - A lot of new hires fresh out of college with little professional experience
    - Extremely low pay to start and not very significant pay increases

    Advice to Management

    - Overall a good place to work, but a higher starting wage would be great.
    - Keep promoting from within, hiring new graduates, and providing excellent benefits.

    Pros

    Great potential in this company.

    Cons

The pay lacks because it is

    Advice to Management

Increase the pay to have the most well round benefits for employees. The only deterrent about working for this company is the pay. It is not adequate for the work done.

I worked at Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I had only a small bit of relevant lab experience, but was hired right after my Masters degree to be a part of a large analytical development group in an established pharmaceutical group. I got great experience and learned important industry skills during my time with Eurofins and ultimately left to pursue a better opportunity.

The benefits are fairly decent. One additional day of vacation for every year worked is a great policy.

    Cons

The pay was bad. Really bad. And working as part of a satellite group in an entirely different state meant that you felt isolated from Eurofins as an employer, since even checking your company email was an ordeal-- there just wasn't a way to effectively communicate with people in Lancaster.

    Advice to Management

If your goal is to decrease turnover (probably not, but I'll press on anyway), the pay must be better. I got a 50% raise just by leaving. Also, it'd be great to make communication with PSS employees better so that they don't feel isolated from their employer and also isolated from their place of work, as they are contractors.

I worked at Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories full-time

    Pros

Very large company with a lot of resources

    Cons

Interested mostly in bottom line, doesn't care much for the workers. Most are undepaid.

    Advice to Management

    Value your workers with experience.
