    Scope of Services
    Aggressive Growth Goals

    Cons

Poor leadership at President level and up.
    High employee turnover
    High stress
    Unattainable growth goals

    Advice to Management

Eurofins could be a great company to work for however, it simply isn't and it's due to lack of organization, leadership, competitive pay, average benefits. Very unfortunate.

I worked at Eurofins Scientific full-time

    Pros

The people were very nice to work with. I enjoyed myself when I was at work. Management wasn't overbearing.

    Cons

The amount of work that was asked to be done combined with the limited amount of staffing, sometimes made it difficult to meet deadlines. Some days were pressure packed!

    Advice to Management

Overall, a job well done. It wouldn't hurt to look for feedback from employees once in awhile or open up lines of communication.
