I have been working at Eurofins Scientific full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

None. I should have stayed at my old job. The benefits are awful and pricy. The pay is ok but lower than what employees at the actual company gets paid.

    Cons

The staff is very unprofessional. My phone calls are never returned and my emails are ignored. If your are a professional scientist seek employment elsewhere.

    Advice to Management

Please do not claim to be a great staffing company when your job performance is sub par.

I worked at Eurofins Scientific full-time

    Pros

I worked for Eurofins for 2.5 years, and found it as a very good workplace.
Management was keen to improve things and i saw lot of changes in the last 2.5 years. Definitely i will recommend this place to any of my family & friends. some of the highlights are.

    Good Work Culture
    Good benefits & pay
    Flexible working hours
    Employee centric policies
    Easy access to management
    Company listens to it's employees
Lot of new technologies that I learnt in 2 years.
    International travels
Most of the team members are bright+excellent. Management emphasies a lot on high performance.

The only reason I left is due to personal commitment that took me back to my native. If possible, i will like to rejoin Eurofins later.

    Cons

Lot of emphasize on documentations and grammatical correctness
    Lot of phone meetings

    Advice to Management

Keep up the culture of listening to employees and willingness to be flexible.

I have been working at Eurofins Scientific full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

This review is purely to say 'thanks' to Eurofins for paying me my bonus.
Perhaps, this is the first company (out of 3 I worked earlier), i received 100%-full bonus in a company, and a Big Thanks for that.

Thankfully, my manager did not find trivial faults to cut my bonus, nor did HR send a big announcement email to make bonus payout look like a favor to employees.

In my previous two jobs, my manager or HR or team lead will always make tons of excuses for not making 100% bonus payout. I'm a good performer, but will lose out when manager says Cluster didn't meet goal so your bonus is Cut, or company didn't do as expected so your bonus is cut !!!

At Eurofins, i saw that it's purely an individual's performance that's taken into account, and they simply reward with 100% bonus when objectives are met.

    I'm super happy.

    Cons

There is no company that is 100% perfect and 100% of employees satisfied. So, though there are few cons, it's not worth mentioning here.

    Advice to Management

Thanks for being prompt & upholding your values. Please maintain this culture of transparency.

    Pros

    Advice to Management

Regarder ce qui se fait ailleurs et qui explique que cela fonctionne mieux chez les concurrents qui ne se contente pas d'être juste "les moins chers du marché"
