    I worked at Eurohypo full-time

    Pros

Great people, good pay, good benefits

    Cons

Sr. management at the parent company, Commerzbank, is clueless. As the saying goes, the fish stinks from the head down

    Advice to Management

Leave as fast as you can for greener pastures. You will never get out from under the yoke of Commerzbank.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Middle Management is motivated, dedicated, and in general very supportive of employees.
Leader in a very specific field, with good market presence.

    Cons

Difficult economic condition in the real estate market make Eurohypo's long-term future uncertain. Sale by Commerzbank is likely, and leads to a general sentiment of uncertainty and disquietude.

    Advice to Management

Agressive international expansion without controls lead to a sense of "franchise" at the international branches. Better, clearer controls are required to prevent repeating the same mistakes.
