I have been working at Euronet full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I have worked with some really great people who have become much more than co-workers. I treasure those relationships. They have a nice location and a nice office. They have good parties.

    Cons

Very hostile environment. Strong lack of communication. Nobody knows what is going on with anything. Programs change and no one notifies the users. Everything is extremely manual. Lack of integration in the back office considering their place in the market with technology. Turnover is extremely high. No training, no policies and procedures. It is a fly by the seat of...

    Advice to Management

Get out of the clouds and start looking at what is truly going on in your company. Nice parties do not take the place of employee support and appreciation. HR is too busy shoveling things under the rug as is a lot of the management. The Executive Group is told what they want to hear and not what is the truth.

I worked at Euronet full-time for more than a year

    Pros

This is a high growth potential field - cash based consumers IT team is very strong and flexible IT Leadership has good understanding of the market trends

    Cons

No long-term strategic focus Management too focused on earnings instead of long-term growth No training - what so ever No feedback on performance Lack of Leadership

    Advice to Management

Stick to a strategy, invest in training for your employees, recognize the people who work hard for you below the C-level positions and do not make decisions only to make quarterly earnings goals.

I worked at Euronet full-time for more than a year

    Pros

In TSD, very flexible holidays and work environment is also friendly. Managers are also understanding and support the team. Friend work environment can be best profit. Basic medical facilities at security also availabale. ESIC and PF and other benefits. Workload varies from team to team. I was in TSD network and was comfortable with that. Free tea, milk, coffee but vending machine produces it not that much good....

    Cons

Payment is less compared to standard if you work here on third party payroll. Canteen food is 3rd class and you have to pay for everything. HR don't pay that much attention to employees. Office politics ( but that's not only here). Unstructured and unfixed procedures. Not that much things to learn here if you work on L1. If you are on third party payroll, no claims facilities. No night shift allowance. They will...

    Advice to Management

Don't hire on reference. It is ruining talent acquisition and make fixed structured procedures.

    I worked at Euronet full-time

    Pros

Leave policy is good. Located in Thane which is in central line. Company bus facilities are available from Office to various locations-thane,andheri & nerul.

    Cons

I was working as a software testing trainee for 2 years. This is the worst company for software testing. First let me tell you this is not at all a testing job it is full support job. We can say testing support job. No internal testing is conducted, no process followed and all ad-hoc projects will be given to you. This is product testing job not web-testing or software testing.Only 1 testing team is good. That is web-testing...
