    Pros

    - Highly interesting legislative work - Good salary -Great infrastructure and facilities - It never gets boring

As in every large organisation, one might have the feeling of losing individual value as you are just one more person

I worked at European Parliament full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great international environment A lot of young people High salary VERY generous compensation package Made some of my best friends

    Cons

Working environment can be difficult Envy runs rampant so competition is fierce Promotions not based on merit Bosses are often not able to problems: they lack management and leadership skills Long working hours, difficult to have work/life balance

    Advice to Management

Train management to lead and solve problems. Reward your staff based on merit, and they will be loyal.
