    No opinion of CEO

I worked at European Parliament for more than a year

    Pros

Perfect environment to work in , decent salaries, multi cultural environment, great to meet people for future career

    Cons

Brussels-bubble: you tend to forget real world issues and you get used to a different reality that may be much different from a career in the private sector

I have been working at European Parliament

    Pros

Dynamic, generous in privileges, good training environment.

    Cons

Arrogant, lack of transparency, useless competition between services, unorganised.

    Advice to Management

Ask, listen, inform your employees. MPEs are not clients, no need to bow, we are in Europe, thank God.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at European Parliament full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The most important part of working at the EP is your access and exposure to information and officials. The possibility to have direct communication with policymakers, parliamentarians and other officials make working at the EP a valuable place to work. If, of course, you appreciate and take advantage of what is available.

    Cons

Bureaucracy and the atmosphere of humans treated as numbers and files creates a dark and cold environment.

    Advice to Management

It is ok to take a EP job seriously but one should not take themselves too seriously. In other words, reframe from falling in love with yourselves and try to be more respectful with people.

    I worked at European Parliament

    Pros

    Advice to Management

Plus de flexibilité pour les stagiaires et pour les employés en général et une meilleure intéraction entre les différentes unités
