    Fast paced environment, may need to adjust priorities at a moments notice to support the needs of the network.

    All depends on your owner. An owner not involved can make the job very taxing.

    I worked at European Wax Center part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    The job itself was easy, no stress, and at most times relaxing.

    Cons

    The pay is low and opportunity for sales commission is low in lower volume centers. However, for the work you are doing, I consider the rate of pay fair. Just not something you can make a living off of.

    Pros

    You get in house training. So jury in case you need to brush up on your waxing; they of you covered. You also get to start building your books.

    Cons

    The commission on services suck. You do make hourly so that ok. But once you start doing the math you will get irritated at times

    I have been working at European Wax Center part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Depending on your manager, the job can be very nice and laid-back! A lot of free time also depending on how busy of a location you're at.

    Cons

    They don't tell you until after you have the job that you're responsible for selling memberships as well. Most people don't buy one, so you get in trouble for having low sales. Also, you get commission off of each sale, but only 3%!!!!! No motivation to sell, but that's all they expect of you.
