    Pros

    Good clients and good team.

    Cons

Don't consider employees beyond the rate card they are getting from their client.

    Advice to Management

    Employees important asset

    Pros

None really - or, what they describe as benefits, actually are not.

    Cons

Cloak and dagger corporate politics, no view to other employees on a true state of affairs, lots of lying and sneaky management behaviour.

    Advice to Management

Wake up to reality. Products are useless, people in charge do not know what they are doing.

I worked at Evalueserve full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You get to work on a variety of projects and industries

    Cons

Overall work environment is stressful - long work hours, senior management has not thought through of business in any sense, work gets dumped on people and they are expected to meet crazy timelines but generate good quality and revenue, managers and analysts always look stressful and it puts more pressure on people who can work better

    Advice to Management

Fix the business model, it looks like a joke now

I have been working at Evalueserve full-time

    Pros

    Nice communication & excel trainings.

    Cons

    1. Ethically immoral and pervert male managers, GMs, and AVPs.
    2. Sycophants considered for promotions.
    3. No work life balance.
    4. Poor quality projects.
    5. FS06 is the worst department full of perverts.
    6. Not at all safe place for women to work.

    Advice to Management

Senior management make your actions morally and ethically sound. Appreciate employees' hard work. And be courteous and respectful to women. You are running an MNC not a roadside shop. The way male Managers talk to female employees, makes this company worst.

I worked at Evalueserve full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    1. Good at buttering, heaven to work
    2. Massage AVP and VPs ego, get promotion n good hikes and good roles
    3. Top management always differentiates between verticals, as if Research services are a low rung services; and low end data punching n company profiling job in IB space is the best. Seems they don't understand the research space. Even, BAs in research share the same feeling. So choose to be in IB vertical, as u will enjoi favoritism n good hikes

    Cons

    1. Top management sitting outside India makes Perception about an employee without even interacting once. They have their own favorites and ones career here depends on ur Perception among their favorites. Believe me, one can also be fired or situation will be created for you to leave... Kudos to such fantastic desi management style..
Further, u do the work, credit will b taken by someone else.. irony, AVPs without proper work experience are heading the verticals. How funny it becomes when top management asks you some basics of financial statements
    2. Technically incapable management - once u join u will realise management doesn't want technical guys to grow. One will not even get promoted... half yearly Promotion will be considered for people who threatens to resign or are favorites, whereas people who go by so called code of conduct will be denied... Reason cited can be as wierd as - how does 6 months will make a difference. Come-on, how can 6 months make a difference to ur promoted guys.. Double standards. HR doesn't come in picture in such cases. HR doesn't consider an employee perspective.. u will never be heard.
    3. Management least interested in day to day affairs of people. They don't even bother to know what r u working on. They will avoid work related interaction, as they are technically challenged and can't guide you.
    4. Very low quality work - except a couple of projects with in total 5 to 6 people.
    5. Management not able to provide career path
    6. Easy replacement- low end work... Better to create grounds for manager above people to leave so they can be replaced by low cost people. Good strategy to increase EBITDA margin.... :).. management should focus on increasing the top line. top management should come out with some roadmap.. they don't hv vision. They are just focused on replacing people.. more like puppets.. change them n business will grow. Come-on, top management is sitting in wall Street. .. do provide some insights n create roadmap.. people in India should control operations n provide vision also...
    7. Low or poor salaries - they will provide carrots to junior levels in form of delayed bonus to retain them... atleast they will get peanuts after waiting for a year or so... Middle management is not cared for at all... As they can be thrown out anytime.. recently have heard cases of something happenening at top level.. overnight they can announce anything... they should focus on business development ... Rather than changing people... If they are bringing capable ones, it's welcome.. but favorites are being benefited then no... Come on... People at BA level can understand n feel it.. they can't voice their opinions.. also thanks to the senior manager n senior people in HR, who seldoms gives u a chance to be heard... They are the best... Doing nothing on HR front.. rather than just one sided conversation.. u need to hear others perspective also.
    8. Hire some charismatic guys at top... More like it seems even after paying a bomb u are not getting good people... Thanks to the culture developed that people don't want to join...
    9. Instead of giving an opportunity to existing good folks (a couple, can be counted on fingers), people r hired from outside at double the salary..
    9. Relaxed life - take a home nearby, as people opt for.. go for lunch, evening snacks, pick n drop kids, ask junior to call in case urgent... It's a dream company for such folks, who are top management s favorite. One can never imagine such a comfortable n awesome work life balance for a chosen few, whichthe organisation provides..

    Advice to Management

Act rationally n value people.. don't use them like Tissue Paper...

I worked at Evalueserve (More than a year)

    Pros

Work life balance- the only reason for most of the people who are in this organisation for a longer term.
Take a house near office , you can go to your house for lunch, evening snacks if required a nap too.
You can roam around here and there with out doing anything

    Cons

No future plans and goals, only automation and automation and some worthless work.
they need people only for punching numbers in the excel that's it.
It can make you brain dead by keeping you idle for several months, unless you have other offers don't join

    Advice to Management

Please please decide what you want to do. try to understand the mindset of bottom of the pyramid, every single person at the bottom of the pyramid wants to leave the organisation asap. So please be sensible.

Good cab facility if you are working in night shift. Also company may think of giving you shift allowance if you are working in adverse shift such as night shift.

    Cons

If you are honest and hard working you choose not to work for this entity. Very bad in compensation and other benefits.

I have been working at Evalueserve full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good client hold. Organized company. Free shuttle services

    Cons

To get promotion in this company, loyalty is the main criteria not your talent. So it takes minimum 3 to 8 years to get promotion.

Useless managers. They are very very lazy. They dont have any sort of managerial skill.

Full of politics. In IP, work pressure is extremely high. There is no work life balance.

Only aimless and useless people are continuing here for years. If you spend 5 years in this company, after that whole life you can enjoy in this company without doing anything.

    Pay is very low.

    No staff development plan.

Work is very boring after some time.

    Advice to Management

Please take care of your employees. They are not your money earning machines.
