I have been working at Evalueserve full-time

    Pros

1.) Opportunities for growth. It has become more clear what the career paths are for positions at Evalueserve and what is required to move to the next level. EVS rewards those who go above and beyond what is expected of them and self-initiative is highly valued.

2.) Flexibility. It is possible to move to a different department depending on your interests, as long as you have proven yourself with your current responsibilities. This is different from other companies where if you're hired for a certain position, you are expected to stay at that position. For example, an analyst on the Operations side can become a Solutions Architects rather than staying in Operations because they want to get into the sales aspect.

3.) Internal trainings. Employees have access to many internal trainings to further and deepen their knowledge and skillset.

4.) Cultural diversity. As a truly global company, we have many Indian, Chinese, Chilean, and American employees worldwide, and employees from other cultures. It is nice to have such diversity.

    Cons

Not many come to mind. The only thing is the lack of client roles that some may experience (some inside, some outside of candidate's/management's control), which leads to extended periods of time on trainings rather than client work.

    Advice to Management

Please encourage transparency on what goes on at a high-level across the whole company.

I have been working at Evalueserve full-time

    Pros

Working with this company is a great learning experience where we are able to build our skill set while we work. The culture is great. While there is not a lot of team work given the nature of work there is still a strong feeling of team and belonging to something.

    Cons

Not very much transparency, pay is lower than industry standard.

    Advice to Management

Be a little bit more transparent about some things.

I have been working at Evalueserve full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Learning opportunities with every new client project you work on, allowing you to tap into the global trends in your industry. With plenty of internal training programs and new product launches, there is always the opportunity to learn a new skill and/or receive training on new products.

    Cons

As a global company, you will have to learn the demands of working on multiple time zones with colleagues and clients, as well as adjust to cultural differences in communication.

    I worked at Evalueserve full-time

    Pros

    Great and quick learning experience
    Learning professionalism and office conduct
Good, healthy, young environment to work in

    Cons

IP practice has just too much work for the pay
The rewards, even like basic appreciation, which motivates the employee like anything, are totally missing, forget compensation etc.

I have been working at Evalueserve full-time

    Pros

Can't think of any, really. Was a mistake to join them in the first place.

    Cons

Evalueserve has very little respect for employee well-being and work-life balance. Compensation is also distinctly below par that of the industry, so there are very few reasons to want to work here. Everyone is asked to perform the work of at least 3 people at one time and the workday/ work week never seems to end. Company culture is very top-down, bureaucratic and management believes more in clocking 'face-time' than in outcomes.

Career aspirations of individuals are not taken into account at all, and the company has absolutely no idea how to nurture talent, especially senior talent, let alone HIPO (High Performing) individuals. I would strongly recommend potential hires to re-think their choices.

    Advice to Management

Please learn to respect, accept and nurture your HIPO individuals and senior talent. It is not easy to find the right staff for the right roles, so when you do find someone, please know how to manage and nurture them.

    Pros

Learning environment is intense and no matter from which background, the knowledge and skill you gain are in the industry.

    Cons

Long working hours, less work life balance.
