    Pros

    Small Company, low pressure. Great place to srart or finish a career. I've had employement with large companies and it was refreshing to work for a smaller business for reasons of faster turnaround on expenses and benifits.

    Cons

    Family business. All senior management is family and owners. Since there is no middle management, there is no room for advancement within the company. Salary reviews will not happen unless you bring it up

    Advice to Management

    Send more feedback to employees on how the business is running. company is a Primavera reseller for Project Management software and has will not branch away from Primavera.

    Pros

    Relaxed Environement, Good Benefits, Great People, Good Learning Experience with the best in the business for Project Management Software.

    Cons

    Almost too relaxed in some areas. Job roles need to be more defined so employees don' t step on each other feet or let things fall through the cracks. Yearly review must be brought up by employee. Lack of communication to understand employee's needs.

    Advice to Management

    Better defined job roles, better job training for new employees, need more workflow and structure on how team goals are accomplished more communication with employees to set expectations and listen to needs.
