    Vast array of skills can be learned, and you meet many people from around the world.

    It seems great employees are expendable.

    Look into who really keeps the machine running, and remove those who do not.

    * Working at a National Monument.
    * Meeting new people from around the world.
    * Free Lunch.

    Cons

    * You are full time depending on days not hours.
    * You are replaceable, as they so kindly remind you.
    * Everyone knows your business.
    * Favoritism.
    * Rarely any room for growth/ promotion.

    Starting pay was better than minimum wage.

    The boat ride to get there was one of the worst things about the job, other than the poor attitudes from management.
