    I worked at EvensonBest full-time

    Pros

They have an awesome ice machine in the kitchen and the office is pretty. That's really all I can really say.

    Cons

Team leader is very unprofessional and management does not have a mind of his own. There were too many clicks at the company and made it very hard to work in that environment because at least 95% of the office was unfriendly. If you do not understand what is being taught to you, they will fire you. To make a long story short, I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to have a mind of your own. Also, when you train someone and they are not understanding, take a look at yourself and ask yourself what it is that YOU are doing wrong.

    Pros

Honestly, not many. The office is nice.

    Cons

Bullies, poor management, disrespect. That seems to be the formula to success here.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to manage and not bully people. People are also overworked here.

    Pros

Good benefits, base pay and clean office environment. Clear delineation of duties with ample (too many?) staff.

    Cons

Difficult to advance within company, No routine review (30, 90, 1 year, etc), Lack of communication between departments, Graphics and presentation need serious updating

    Advice to Management

A more relaxed work environment makes for happier (read: more productive) employees. Regularly inform departments of updates, clear up communication from top down, and minimize cross-talk / cascade effect

I worked at EvensonBest full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great internal structures, processes and procedures.

    Cons

Long hours, management disconnected with what actual employees do, no room for advancement, lots of internal politics.

    Advice to Management

Recognize and reward employees for their successes. Continued training. Vacations are allowed and should be encouraged. There has to be a balance between work and personal life to prevent burn out.
