    - Non-management staff are generally great people with positive outlooks - Decent selection of post work sport teams to join

    Cons

    - Offered promotion on "trial" basis with no increase in pay. When I pointed out the person they wanted me to train in this role made significantly more than me, they chose to get myself and that person in trouble for discussing salaries. Management refused to have that person and I sit in a room together with them to discuss and instead chose to have the other employee and I sort it out ourselves. What we were suppose...

    Pros

    Great company to work for, nice, fun, and open environment. Always something to do or someone to help.

    Cons

    Some of the employees can be kind of clique-ish, it was almost like being back in high school at times

    Keep doin' what you're doin', keep having fun and keeping the office an open fun place to work

    I worked at EventMobi full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Great, young company with good opportunities for advancement. Loved my clients. Travel. Fitness Classes.

    Cons

    Again a great company, with a solid product however I found that there was this pervasive gossip culture that made working there a great deal less enjoyable and productive than it could have been. What was even more disheartening was that even management (right to the top), actively participated in what could, in my opinion be described as office bullying.

    Advice to Management

    You are managers, act like it instead of like parents trying to do & say all the right things (see going along with the crowd) in order to get your children to think that you are cool.
