sometimes it does get hard and some people house be very messy but that's why we do the work that we do because of before and after it's always beautiful and expression on our customers face is wonderful so I guess sometimes the mess and travel other than that nothing else

Pros

The most competitive benefits package out there. Eventbrite is a great company because they prioritize their employees before their customers. Which should always be the case. Leadership is truly here to empower all and make sure everyone is able to succeed within their roles but also personally. I could not brag enough on how proud I am to be part of such an amazing company.

It would be nice to have more culture groups available to the POC that don't fit in with the current group. Though Black & Brite is an amazing group that is inclusive to all :)

-There can sometimes be a dis-connection between people leading and executing a project/product and executive staff's thoughts on it. Making decisions without knowing what's going on. -There can be favoritism between mid-management and upper management. Certain people excel much quicker than others, and it's not always based on performance.

The folks are very helpful and the work life balance is great. Lots of fun and smart people to work with. Remote work friendly. The company is large enough to provide resources and support, but not so large that your voice will be lost as a small cog in a large machine. Lots of opportunities to explore what you want and generate impact.

Cons

If you come from a large company like FANG, a lot of the tooling and infrastructure is still being developed. Expect to spend time reading through a ton of code and incomplete documentation. While there is support, expect to be the only subject matter expert in your field (with one other person if lucky).

Pros

I've had the opportunity to work with a really great team on a modern software engineering stack delivering some pretty cool projects. I find myself learning something new each day and appreciate the work-life balance. I'm proud to call my teammates my friends while working fully remotely. The engineering leadership is able to speak at a detailed level about individual project while still keeping the big picture in mind which is refreshing. I also appreciate the positive impact EventBrite has for its market.

Cons

I wish I could my remote co-workers in person more often, but I truly still prefer fully remote work.
