I worked at EverPower Wind Holdings as an intern (More than a year)

    Pros

The Everpower Management is small and well run. They still have a bit a "family" feel while being straight forward about what needs to be done. This is a small company, but with truly passionate members. I worked in one of their field offices as an intern for 2 summers as well as part time during holidays in college. I was always warmly welcomed backed and always encouraged to push for improvement. I was given quite a bit of autonomy for an intern and very much appreciated all the experiences I was given. Management also shows good appreciation for their interns and new workers.

    Cons

Like I said, this is a small company. The biggest downsides to it: not stellar pay and not many rolls to fill. If you do get a position with them, you will have to fill the gaps where you can (though I count those dynamics as a positive).

    Advice to Management

    None.

I have been working at EverPower Wind Holdings as an intern

    Pros

Everyone in the office has a positive attitude and is a joy to work with. Additionally, the company culture is welcoming and active, in the sense that employees are encouraged to take a walk outside for breaks etc...

    Cons

None that I can think of

I worked at EverPower Wind Holdings full-time

    Pros

The people are genuinely happily and love to work there. Emails would be sent out to the company about signing up for 5Ks and nearly half of the office would volunteer to participate on the EverPower team. Health initiatives.

    Cons

Some division between departments which naturally occurs in any company

  6. "Great people to work with and some nice projects"

    Positive Outlook

I worked at EverPower Wind Holdings as an intern

    Pros

The projects are interesting and the engineering team helps out each other to achieve a common goal, might get to work hands on on the wind turbines

    Cons

It is a relatively small company and because of that people are usually pretty busy with their work. Might have to teach yourself some software to make your life little easier

    Advice to Management

It would be great if one got an experience in both the major engineering departments. Wind resources and operations
